Pixanomy is a marketplace built for artists, photographers, and buyers. To protect creators and ensure fair use, this Rights Clearance policy explains how intellectual property is managed on our platform.

For Creators

• By uploading content, you confirm you hold the rights (or necessary licenses) to sell, distribute, or share the work.

• You retain full copyright of your work unless explicitly licensed or sold under specific terms.

• You grant Pixanomy a limited licence to display your work on our platform for the purposes of promotion and sale.

For Buyers

• Purchasing a work on Pixanomy does not transfer copyright unless explicitly stated.

• Buying a digital product grants you a personal-use licence only, unless otherwise specified by the creator.

• Buying a physical product gives you ownership of that physical item but not the reproduction or distribution rights.

Infringement & Disputes

• Any reported infringement (unauthorised use, copying, or sale of content) will be investigated promptly.

• Pixanomy reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take further action if rights violations are confirmed.

• Repeat infringement will result in permanent removal from the platform.
