Digital Products

Non-Refundable – Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., downloads, digital art files, stock photography, etc.), all sales of digital products are final.

Once a digital file has been purchased and accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Physical Products

14-Day Return Window – Physical items (e.g., prints, framed artworks, merchandise) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Exemptions

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
