Pixanomy (part of The Meeovi Company) is a social marketplace for art and photography. We aim to ensure every purchase meets expectations. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled on our platform.

Digital Products

  • Non-Refundable – Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., downloads, digital art files, stock photography, etc.), all sales of digital products are final.

  • Once a digital file has been purchased and accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Physical Products

  • 14-Day Return Window – Physical items (e.g., prints, framed artworks, merchandise) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exemptions

  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  2. Provide your order number, details of the item, and reason for return.

  3. You will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back.

  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
