Because digital products cannot be “returned,” refunds are only issued when:

  • The file is corrupted or unusable
  • The product does not match its description
  • A duplicate purchase occurred
  • A technical error prevented access

Buyers may request returns within a specified timeframe if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is defective

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, buyers must contact support with:

  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, etc.)

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and functional files. Repeated refund issues may result in account review.

Pixanomy may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers but is not the seller of creator‑listed items.
