You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Pixanomy a non‑exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute your content within the Platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Upload infringing or illegal content
• Engage in fraud or misleading behavior
• Attempt to bypass platform fees
• Harm or disrupt the Platform

7. Payments & Fees

Pixanomy may charge commissions, transaction fees, or service fees. All fees will be disclosed before transactions occur.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Pixanomy Return Policy.

9. Termination

Pixanomy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pixanomy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

Pixanomy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
